Yestercon

Hey Everyone! I wanted to update you all on Yestercon 2018. After much consideration, we have decided to not host the event this year. I’m sure this may come as a shock to some, as we have had three incredibly successful years putting on this wonderful event, and have seen it grow year after year. This was definitely not an easy decision for me, as Yestercon has always been a passion project of mine. It's been a challenge every year to make Yestercon better than the previ...ous one, so when I asked myself if I can push myself and my team to top 2017, I came to the conclusion that we did not have the resources to challenge ourselves and grow Yestercon this year. I have had the wonderful experience of creating so many memories over the past 3 years; I’ve met a ton of incredible people, and have learned a lot in the process. I can’t tell you how fantastic it has been to see all of your smiling faces as you took the time to come out and support this convention. While this does not mean the end for Yestercon, we will be taking some time to come up with new ideas on how to continue and grow this venture. From one geek to another, thank you for all your support. Here’s to the future! Scott

Yestercon 3 is in the books! Thanks to everyone who came out yesterday and made it our most attended event to date- we really appreciate all of you. Some of you may have heard that a threat was called in 45 minutes before we were set to close our doors, but thanks to the amazing staff at the Carson Center, everyone was safely escorted out and the building was safely cleared in an hours time. While it was a false alarm, we can't and won't let one person prevent Yestercon from ...continuing to grow and thrive. Some of you may know that Yestercon is a passion project that I started a few years ago, so seeing everyone enjoying themselves as they wandered the hall, took part in our photo ops, talked to our guests and more means the absolute world to me. I of course would love to hear your thoughts and stories on the event, so feel free to write a review, or drop us a line by email. Also, I'd like to give one last shout out to my incredible crew who put in the long hours to make Yestercon all come together- you guys are the best and I couldn't have done it without you.
