We are serving dinner from 5 - 8 pm tonight. 909.886.4490, 909.499.9609. Take out & delivery only. It’s Thursday, December 10th, we have on special Stuffed Pork Ribeye $17, & a NEW MENU! Pot Roast, Porkloin Roast, stuffing, homemade macaroni & cheese & so much more...let us do the cooking.
Part time, minimum wage + tips, except cooks position (wage depends on experience & proven abilities). EXPERIENCE IS A MUST. PERIOD. We are a small, family owned Steakhouse & Pub. Check us out on Yelp! Servers/Bartenders must be able to use an adding machine & do simple math. We still use hand written checks. You will be contacted after we review applicants experience & references. We are looking to hire next week. Must be 21+ to tend bar or serve; must be 18+ bus tables. You will need a current San Bernardino County Health Dept food handlers card.

Some of our customers really like our Clam Chowder, so we thought we would share a few facts about it & a few insights on how I make it. We always start by gently rendering Kruze Bros bacon when we make Clam Chowder. Then we sweat celery (including the leafy parts) & onions in the bacon fat. We also use ocean clams & 1/2 heavy cream & 1/2 whole milk. We also add potatoes & make it thick like west coasters like it. In our experience, New England Clam Chowder used to be thin wh...en made in the New England States. They often used salt pork instead of bacon. It would be rare to find a traditional New England clam chowder being served in a restaurant any where in the US, even in New England, these days. I made a traditional style lobster chowder while visiting my sister in Southport Maine a few years back. She loved it & wanted the recipe; low & behold there isn't one! Chowder is poor folks food & one uses whatever one has... Our clam chowder is usually only offered during the cold monthes and I am the only one who makes it. I use my own recipe developed over the almost 50 years I have been making it. See more
