Harvard/Yale vs. Oxford/Cambridge Virtual Trivia Challenge - PART IV Please join the Harvard, Yale, Oxford and Cambridge Clubs of San Diego for a Holiday-themed virtual trivia contest on December 10 from 7:00pm to 9:30pm. Families are encouraged to attend. The Zoom information for the trivia event will be sent to you after your register for this free event below. TRIVIA CHALLENGE MATCH... Please register to support Harvard and Yale in their attempt to once again BEAT OxBridge and carry away the prestigious Challenge Belt for an unprecedented fifth time in a row! Sign up below for your free ticket to the event. You only need to sign up once per household. Please only sign up if you are planning to attend the event. The Holiday-themed Quiz will be led by Alex Moreno (JD Harvard/LL.M. Cambridge (King’s)), who will endeavor to continue the tradition of including some fiendishly difficult questions along with some rather easier ones. TOY DRIVE When you register for a ticket for the Quiz, please pledge to donate a Toy to a local charity as part of the price of entry in the competition. You may want to consider donating a toy to Toys for Tots by dropping the toy off at any San Diego Fire Station or at one of the locations listed on the San Diego Toys for Tots website: https://campen-4th-lar-ca.toysfortots.org//donate-toys.aspx. If you would like to make a donation in honor of a particular child, you can do so through Voices for Children - just click on this link, and then click on the Child Stories link on the left side of the page before you make your contribution. https://one.bidpal.net/amgholidaycampaign/about TRIVIA MATCH DETAILS Prior to the Zoom meeting, registered participants will be sent full details of the running of the quiz, along with the link to sign in to the Zoom meeting. Unless pre-arranged, you will be assigned to a team of approximately 6-8 participants, with a team name and captain. After each question is posed by our quizmaster, your team will be automatically broken out into a private Zoom meeting for 70 seconds to confer on your answer and then your team captain will submit the team answer to the quizmaster. http://hcsandiego.clubs.harvard.edu/article.html?aid=76
