As with any endeavor one must begin somewhere. Whether you are advanced or just beginning Kung fu or Parkour it is essential that you drill the fundamentals over and over. All Self-Mastery begins simple long before it becomes complex. We understand that the general population has a ridiculously short attention span. We don't care! This is not a money making endeavor it is a private club of sincere and dedicated individuals that meet together to challenge their own personal limitations. To learn how to live an empowered life independent of the opinions and stipulations of others. It is your life! Take charge of it or suffer the consequences of incompetence as the result of complacency.

We are just starting our outdoors training and as you can see from the stumbling wet slippery rocks that roll out from under your/my feet make it very difficult to practice circle walking. But. That is the point. Flat ground is too easy. Stable surfaces are too easy. Padded floors make it too safe for the Mind to remain present in the moment! This is only one of the myriad ways in which Wuji Quan Kung Fu challenges the traditional and modern Martial Arts Students to achieve extraordinary skills in the Movement Arts, Martial Combat Skills and Wilderness Survival. We can because we do not ever stop challenging the enemy called "Complacency!"
