Sharing a review from Supriya who got our Simmer sauce Kit. Just made a veggie curry with green basil paste and coconut milk from World Curry. Absolutely delicious. Loads of flavor with a hint of heat. Super easy too - simply sautéed veggies in coconut oil, added the paste and the coconut milk and heated through. Would work easily with tofu, shrimp or chicken.
