We aren't able to answer online messages as quickly, and we are doing our best to get back to everyone in a timely manner. ... With your appointments, it is CRUCIAL that you arrive ON TIME! We may not always be able to honor a 15 minute grace period and you can lose your spot if you are late! If there are any changes, please make sure you get in contact with us to make those accommodations. Additionally, with the high volume of animals we will be working on, we ask that you pick up within 30 minutes of being called. We do not have the capacity to "babysit". ALSO please continue to follow all guidelines when coming to drop off or pick up. We still require masks to enter our facility, and we ask that if you are feeling sick to please stay home and get better before coming in!
