Martha Morrison. Does anyone know who Martha Morrison was? IMartha Morrison was the wife of the Wood Ranch developer Bob Levenstein. Bob was the COO for Kaufman and Broad the 70’s and then later went on to start his own company The Roberts Group, Inc in the early 80’s. Bob and Martha lived in Bel Air where they raised their family. Bob spent years planning and developing what we now know as our beloved Wood Ranch Community. Unfortunately, Martha developed Leukemia and passed away in 1984. Bob was so heartbroken, that he named a street after her Martha Morrison (Martha’s maiden name). If you live in Wood Ranch, hello

Wood Ranch Alert It's mating season. Coyotes are aggressive and hungry. Right now the common thing packs do is send out lone coyotes to entice a chase then lead the victim into a pack waiting in the distance. Domestic dogs fall for that often. Even big dogs don't stand a chance against a pack which can take a deer down. Also, recently people report run ins by confrontational coyotes. Dogs being snatched off leashes even. I wouldn't go out without a partner or some defense mechanism in hand. Put dogs on leashes so they aren't tempted to instinctively run. Bring pets inside or at least the garage at night. Please
