Monies raised go to various scholarships and today we'd like to spotlight a 2020 recipient. Dulce came to the US from Mexico in 2015 with her mother. She graduated top 10 of her class in 2020. She was an English Learner, but excelled in school. She also participated in Sports and clubs. Dulce is a criminology major at UC Irvine and is the first in her family to attend a higher educational institution. Great day at the Woodlake Rose Garden. Beautiful weather and lots of awesome volunteers pruning roses, pulling weeds, raking. Great job everyone!!!

Thanks to all the Kiwanians that worked Saturday. We had a great day which included 15 kids who were amazing. We got a lot of the Bermuda and Johnson grass dug out, pulled weeds, dead headed roses and picked up trash. If you have not been to the garden lately - Please come and see what has been done. It is amazing.

100% of the sale of this tree goes to non-profit projects. Toys for Joy, Thanksgiving for Woodlake, and Christmas Shoe Boxes. This morning the bid is up to $75. Bidding closes at 5:00 pm tonight. :)
