Día de los Muertos Join us in honoring our loved ones who have left us on the last day of Día de los Muertos! Día de los Muertos, or Day of the Dead, is a Mexican & Mexican American tradition celebrating the lives of family and friends who no longer living. Festivities include visiting gravesites to light candles, leave marigolds, and special foods that the deceased enjoyed while living. Let us know in the comments how you plan to celebrate!

Congratulations Victor! Hey Residents! We would like to give a very special Thank You to our maintenance supervisor Victor as he celebrates his 20th Anniversary working for CTL Management! Some of Victor’s favorite memories are of our company holiday parties, he enjoys seeing all of his co-workers outside of work and enjoying themselves. Another one of Victor’s favorite memory is our company’s annual summer picnic. Our annual summer picnic stands out the most to Victor becau...se of all the different games the company comes up with every year, especially last year’s since he did win the pie eating contest. Victor has had the opportunity to work for the company in Oregon and did transfer here to California. Although he misses his co-workers back in Oregon, his favorite things about Woodbridge are the residents and his co-workers. The Woodbridge team would like to thank Victor for all of his hard work and dedication for always ensuring Woodbridge continues to be such a great complex. So if you happen to see him around the property feel free to stop him and congratulate him or even ask him about his favorite memories. See more

Back to School School is back in session and we’d like to wish all our students and teachers a wonderful 2020/2021 educational year! We know that things are a little different with COVID-19 and we want to know how our community’s students are adapting. Tell us how you’re feeling or drop a pic below. New Hobbies Hey Residents! We know how unfortunate these times may be as we all are still self-quarantine and practicing social distancing. Some of our leasing office staff are keeping busy by trying new cooking recipes, redecorating in their homes and also have picked up doing DIY projects as a new hobby. We would like to know how you are keeping busy during these times. Any new hobbies or binge worthy shows you’d like to share?

Patriot Day Today we solemnly honor and remember all who lost their lives 19 years ago on September 11, 2001. This year we’re reflecting on the bravery and sacrifice of our medical workers and first responders and how they’ve answered the call of duty during our country’s direst times of need. If you have a first responder or medical worker you’d like to recognize and thank we would love to have you share your appreciation for them in the comments below. And for these heroes who call our community home, you have our deepest gratitude!

On Friday 9/4/20 between 4-7pm we will be having Its Nacho Truck, the food truck will be parked right in front of the leasing office. Come out, show your support and enjoy some delicious nachos!
