L.A. PartyPlace is located : 2244 Westwood Blvd L.A., CA 90064 Located on Westwood Blvd between Pico and Olympic. Our business hours are by appointment only. Feel free to email: [email protected] , text or leave a voicemail at 424-240-4144.... Rental covers use of the banquet hall, lobby, full kitchen access, tables and chair. We offer cleaning and security guards services: Up to 4 trained and licensed guards will come make sure no problems arises at your event. Security Deposit is $750 to hold your date and given back once your event has ended and everything is maintained back to normal with no damages. Full payment will need to be collect 2 weeks prior to date of your event. Alcohol is allowed but must be brought in during your set up process... NO ALCOHOL WILL BE PERMITTED AFTERWARDS. Live music, bands and DJs are also welcome.
