Incredible Experience! 5 of 5 bubblesReviewed 5 days ago NEW via mobile From our first e-mail communication to the end of our day together, we knew our decision to hire Kim was among the best we've made. Although we were looking for a designated driver who might be able to tell us a little about the area, we got so much more. She became a concierge of sorts to us, providing recommendations and much appreciated advice. Because there are numerous wineries and finite time, we... sought Kim's assistance on an itinerary, and told her what we were looking for in the wineries we visited (e.g., primarily ones that offered inexpensive-ish to mid-priced bottles, and one or two that produced more-expensive-but-worth-it one, one or two properties with views, etc.). She nailed it well -- almost too well because we ended up purchasing many more bottles of wine than we expected to. A few days prior to our visit, Kim e-mailed us two menus from which to select a lunch which she ordered and picked up for us. Plus, she set a very nice table -- including flowers that she brought! -- at one of the wineries. Kim's professionalism was exceptional, and she clearly loves, and is passionate, about what she does. She's a very warm, energetic person who we enjoyed spending time with. At the end of the day, it felt like we were saying "goodbye" to an old friend.
