Rosie is officially adopted after her last visit to Bruceville for teeth extraction and a biopsy! Congratulations to her new owner and Rosie! Story behind Rosie was: Family state that the father had passed away with Rosie in his arms. They were heartbroken about not being able to keep her because they live in an apartment complex. Rosie is now in the loving arms of her new owner! Thank you Bruceville for helping make this happen - Teryn you are a miracle and such an asset to the rescue community

Good morning everyone Hazel is getting stronger and stronger. She took her medicine with an attitude this morning, ate some food, and drank some water - that’s all a good sign for this little girl. Wants to drink out of puddles and not out of a bowl. Tiny steps forward are steps forward - also starting to stroll and check the place out; where as before, she stuck real close to me

1 surgery done another one or two to go! The worst is over sweet Hazel!

This sweet little chihuahua is getting fixed and we will be turned over to her forever mommy today! Congratulations socks and Tracy!

Per Teryn Sanders at Bruceville Pet Hospital - Hazel has become THE best office dog ever. Her manners are impeccable and shes going to make the best companion for some lucky person.Please send good thoughts her way as she prepares to have major surgery tomorrow!

The veterinarians feel that Hazel is to weak to have surgery at this time - which is why we were delaying everything except immunizations. The veterinarian staff feel Hazel should be strong enough on Saturday when Dr Gill returns to have both her surgeries. The staff is giving her fluids and feeding her frequently. Teryn and the staff are ta...king her for walks several times a day and she is wagging her tail. I will update you as I get updates! Sweet Hazel. She wagged her tail when I came in this am. This little girl was caught in Stockton after living outside of an apartment complex for over a year! She will need a lot of medical care. The right eye is not salvageable
