In honoring our country's veterans, our office will be CLOSED on November 11, 2020. To our veterans, thank you for your service. We wish everyone a safe and healthy Veteran's Day!

Our clinic re-opens on Monday, 5/18/20. To keep everyone safe, we have made the following changes and will have a new protocol: Clinic hours have changed: Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM. The last scheduled appointment is at 5:00 PM. We will be closed for lunch from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM. There is no longer a waiting room, so we ask that you come to your appointment no more than 2 minutes before. If you must wait a minute or two in the hallway, please be sure to k...eep your distance from other patients and their families (a minimum of 6 feet). The back entrance to our office is now where patients will be asked to enter (see the map below) The front entrance to our office is now where patients will be asked to exit (see the map below) Everyone will be asked to keep masks on. Our new office!

We are moving! Our office is closed this week to give us time to get everything set-up. We will have more room, free one-hour parking for patients, and more therapists joining the team! Our new address is 15928 Ventura Blvd. Ste. 218 Encino, Ca 91436. We anticipate re-opening October 7.
