Hi WHS Parents & Students of the Class of 2021! Just sending a reminder out about our Senior Class pie fundraiser. You all have until the 31st of Oct to sell pies. Our big order goes in Monday Nov 2nd, so we will need completed order forms and money turned in by by the 31st if you can. ... Things to keep in mind... -If your customers have paid you for pies via Venmo, you will need to write a check or turn in cash. -Please make checks out to: WHS -Class of 2021 and you can write...green class 2021 in the memo if you would like. (It’s also on the ordering forms as well). - Please turn your orders & money into Marylou Mendoza or Missy Duarte on or before the 31st or at least by noon on Nov. 1st -Pies will arrive frozen on Nov. 9th and pick up of pies will be at the community center from 3-6pm. -If your customer wants to pick up their own pies at the community center that’s fine, your customer will just have to let the ones working know who they purchased from. -PLEASE make a copy of your order blank so you have a copy for yourself with valid phone numbers. -Lastly... please don’t hesitate to send a message, text or phone call to Marylou Mendoza or Missy Duarte if you have any questions. Items will only be given to the Class of 2020 graduating seniors. *We will not release giveaway prizes to friends or family members without prior arrangements.
