Tart white orchard fruits, lemon, white flowers, and fine residual yeast are some of the few notes that hit the nose with this beautiful chenin blanc from Costador Terroirs Mediterranis. The grapes are partially fermented and remained in skin contact for a week in clay amphora. The grapes are then aged in foudre barrels giving then a nice dry finish.

Coming from the very few "pie franco" vines left in La Rioja, this full-bodied tempranillo from Caudum Bodegas Larraz has beautiful notes of ripe, dark cherries and plums on the nose and an earthy, bone dry finish.

This beautiful Chardonnay from Bodega Schatz has made it's way to being so fresh and luscious with notes of dried green apple and fresh lemon.
