My journey started with Tulsi Basil and Lemon infused water. I wanted to start decalcifying my pineal gland and this was one of the ways I came up with. It wasn't to long after drinking this daily that I started eating vegan(cold turkey) and started my spiritual journey. Maybe that's why they call it Holy Basil. It also was what helped my family to start making healthier choices. Now they juice and make smoothies regularly. Not only is Tulsi Basil a good detoxification herb b...ut it also pulls heavy metals out of water and your body. Lemons raise your body's PH. They also help with digestion. This is a good way to start your mornings. Now I use limes, a far better option. I will be adding this back into my routine. Lets see where this catalyst takes me. Simply get a pitcher of spring or filtered water. Fill a reusable tea filter with Tulsi Basil. Add a few cut limes and allow this to infuse into the water overnight. If you start to feel dehydrated from drinking it just drink some water. Don't worry, you're cleansing.
