Hello Whitney and Eastern Little League Families! We hope your family is doing well in these stressful and uncertain times. We could all use some positive news right now, and we have an exciting announcement to make! Our proud, long-standing leagues have merged with a fresh new identity moving forward. Our new Board of Directors is pleased to announce our new shared identity: ... Arcade Creek Little League! The shutdown of our season (and life as we know it last spring) was obviously very disheartening, and has motivated each of us to put all of our energy and passion into the formation of our new league. After all that has been taken from them, it’s what these kids deserve! Our shared vision and ultimate goal is to provide our amazing families and players the best Little League experience possible. Soon, you will learn how to become a part of it with us. In the coming weeks, we will be sending out more information regarding some changes in the registration process, website information, our new league logo/colors, and Board of Director contact information. At its core, Little League is a community made up of families. We have the opportunity to come together as one big family now. We absolutely CANNOT WAIT to be out on our fields with you all again, seeing familiar faces and making new friends. We will be installing the newly-elected Board on Thursday, September 17th, at 7pm via Zoom, as part of the Annual League-Wide Meeting. All members in good standing are welcome to attend the meeting. Good Morning - unfortunately we regret to report the snack bar was broken into last night. Luckily with the COVID situation, there wasn’t much to take. However, the damage is extensive. If you have the ability to come by the fields today and assist with clean up, it would be GREATLY appreciated. Kyle Baker will be onsite at 12pm.

Nominations for the Board of Directors for the new league being formed by the merger between Whitney Little League and Eastern League are now open to members of both leagues! WLL members interested in serving on the Board should review the current Board positions (starting on Page 5 of the current League Constitution) and reach out to [email protected] or [email protected] with any questions. Official nominations must be emailed to [email protected] or [email protected]. An online vote will be emailed out to both league's memberships. Following the vote, elected Board Members will be elected to positions for the 2020-21 Season at a joint meeting with both leagues, Date and Time TBD, via Zoom (link will be provided to memberships via email).
