Tis’ the season for treating yourself and your loved ones to your favorite treats. Keeping the tradition alive, Lisa, our dear White Rock team member, shared her mom’s Crescent cookie recipe below . So delicious even the kitty approves! Lisa suggests the 2017 White Rock Claret to pair with these Christmas bites . Don’t forget to leave some for Santa ! Cheers Mom’s Christmas Crescent Cookies 2 sticks butter, room temp 5 tablespoons sugar 2 teaspoons Vanilla... 1 tablespoon water 2 cups flour teaspoon salt 2 cups chopped Walnuts or Pecans Cream butter, add sugar, vanilla and water and beat well. Sift flour and salt together and stir into mixture. Add nuts and mix thoroughly. Using portions about the size of a small walnut, roll into crescent shaped cookies. Bake at 325 degrees for about 20 minutes, white still warm roll in powdered sugar. Makes about 3 dozen cookies. Call us today to restock on Claret ! #tistheseason #christmascookies
