You ever want something so bad you know you would do anything and everything you can to make it happen? That’s how I approach healing and transformation. I literally get tunnel vision. I hack my mind, my environment, my social media feeds, my entire world to help me focus on that goal. Set a Goal. Declare it a Triumph and Victory Daily until you see it manifest. When your mind says, I can’t! Push yourself to say yes I can ! I am stronger than my trauma, I am not my trauma... or what happened to me, I am not defined by other peoples limitations or beliefs about me, that drive deep inside me that is the light, that is who I really am. It’s only buried underneath these injuries. But my soul is powerful and unlimited. Align with your higher self call on your soul and say, Hey remind me that I can do this because I know we can!! Be open to out of the box ideas, synchronicities, signs, that will send people, books, resources, and guidance along the way. Keep trying until you do it. If you have a setback, tell yourself, okay, setbacks are normal you don’t suddenly rewire your neural pathways, heal from years of unprocessed trauma in a day or heal your nervous system in a day, there is bound to be good days and bad days but I’m going to keep trying and I am never going to stop trying. Even if you have to try 700 or 7,000 times be determined and hold the belief that your going to eventually figure it out! I have accomplished miracles in short periods of times this way. It all starts with your belief. Trust me your persistence will pay off -I promise you. Victory and Success are mindsets you can make happen, not things that come from random luck or chance. Mindset is everything and the key to accomplishing and manifesting your goals. Hold the Belief that you can and you will. End of Story. If there is anything that drives me crazy is how much Information there is out there that 100% focuses on the problem but does not tell or give a person trying to help themselves specific solutions that actually help you to learn how to rewire and reprogram yourself or model new behaviors. You can talk about boundaries all day but what you need help with is applying it to your specific situation right? This is what my coaching programs are all about helping you to not only p...roblem solve and build deep self awareness but also teaching you about alternative ways of behaving. We do tons of role playing when we work together I often will tell people how I handle things now so they get an idea of how they too can change their behavior and we discuss different solutions until you can find your own.
