FRIDAY! Swipe to see all the recent progress on the mustang project. The large tube stainless headers are built and we made up the exhaust to exit through the rocker. The frame had to be modified a bit to allow for the exhaust to be routed this way. We also mounted our firewall bracket system and the steer clear unit. Fabrication on the floor has been started as well. The frame will be a bolt on unit NOT Welded to the body. Work continues on the 46 ford woody project. We got the dash all tuned up. Moved a few things around and added a few things. We mounted the @vintageair_ AC controls in the dash for more of a factory look. The dash and the vent pod will both be wood grained like factory. ... The last picture shows how the dash started out.
