Congrats to our 2020 Officer of the Year! Chief Sylvester presented Sgt Chris Ellis with the 2020 Officer of the Year award today. Sgt Ellis was promoted in March of 2020, during this past year he was the Incident Commander during four critical incidents in our community and successfully resolved them. Sgt Ellis has been described by his subordinates as a leader and someone who not only cares about officer’s professional development, but also cares about their personal dev...elopment. Please join us in congratulating Sgt Ellis on this accomplishment.
