Attention Southern Utah Fans - We are going to be in an actual festival next weekend in St. George and it's FREE! Here at Welsh Baker we've been working on a new product idea that is getting us excited... Stuffed Scones! We take our regular scones and fill them with the kinds of things you might think to spread on the outside of them. Normally you cannot easily stuff dense things like scones because there are no air holes or voids within the finished product but we have a very unique and proprietary dough processing method that allows us to do this. One problem we're having is that there... are SO MANY options for fillings we can't try them all.. we can only eat so many in a day! We're working on a "taste tester" box where you can help us with this problem :) We're open for suggestions for fillings but keep in mind, the filling needs to be something that doesn't require refrigeration. These are not yet available for sale but stay tuned as we continue to develop this concept. :) See more
