Our public hearing on August 10, 2020 to discuss our intentions to pursue a waiver from the Contra Costa Health Department to allow for limited in-person instruction has been cancelled. According to the county, "Contra Costa Health Services (CCHS) will not be supporting elementary school waiver applications because we consider in-person education too risky at this time." #WellspringEducationalServices is adapting quickly during these uncertain times. Our staff have rapidly moved into creative solutions for remote instruction for our students. Our digital menu includes Online Whole-Classroom and Individual activities via Zoom, Virtual #Speech & #OT Therapy, Parent Consults, Electronic Instructional Materials and even YouTube Videos ranging from Circle Time to Storytelling to Movement! Our teachers, clinicians and administrative team are all available and working together as we maintain routines and structure while nurturing the valuable relationships we have with our students and families.
