Remote Working Tips: 1. Designate a work space: Use one area of your home for work. Ideally away from your common living and sleeping spaces. If not pack away your work and put it away each day. 2. Take breaks: Take frequent and small breaks throughout your day. Get up stretch and step and away from your screen. 3. Set work hours: Mimic your regular work hours, and stick them. Include a lunch break!
Sundays are a good day to rest and get ready for the week. Practice self care today.
