Heal Two Birds with One Session! Our goal has always been to provide a holistic, dual-approach to well being by combining massage and exercise. Massage brings the body back to balance, and can illuminate the root causes of pain, while corrective exercise can directly address those root causes and give you a preventative edge in your day-to-day routine. I have just started working with a force of nature and healing - Kate Garland, of Kate Yoga in Monrovia, CA.
