We are excited to show you the progress on our clean natural gas station! Construction began in August and we hope to open soon. California recently introduced legislation that challenges our dairy customers and industry allies to reduce their carbon footprint and work to abate much of the greenhouse gasses emitted from dairy lagoons. At Western Milling we strive to be environmentally conscious and are working to reduce our carbon footprint. On June 12, 1972 Richard Hollingsworth started working for O.H. Kruse Grain & Milling with the goal to "drive a big truck." After less than a year of working in our retail store as what he called a "gofer" doing generally whatever needed to be done he achieved that goal. At age 18 he began to drive a two-axle Bobtail truck. He continued driving trucks for the Kruse family of companies for 48 years.... We are so thankful for his hard work and dedication to our company! We wish him all the best in his retirement.
