I compile this data a couple times a year showing how home prices throughout Salinas have performed over the past 5 years. I was surprised by how much more (percentage wise) the values within 93905 have done as compared to the other zip codes. On average if I combine all of Salinas, property values for 3 BR 2 Bath homes have gone up $164,999 over the past 5 years. If you rent, that is how much your landlord has gained.
