A Site-Specific Work Plan for each location which minimally includes a COVID-19 Prevention Plan, Implementation Contact, Risk Assessments, Training & Communications, Compliance Monitoring and Reporting, and COVID-19 Positive Case Protocol. You need to provide COVID-19 training to all staff, employees and volunteers. This training must minimally include COVID-19 Information, Self-Screening, Handwashing, Physical Distancing, Face Coverings, Point-of-Contact, and Operations Depending on your industry, you may need to meet additional requirements.
