Duties to include but not limited too: -Manage all jobs assigned to you from start to completion. -Schedule employees & sub-contractor's... -Order all materials project -Keep daily work orders -Obtain Permits -Supervise daily safety meetings -Work with office to bill projects -Call in and maintain all USA's -Must be able to handle changes on projects, track RFI's, CO's etc. -Must be able to communicate efficiently with customers, sub-contractors & general contracts. Wages based on experience. Walberg Inc. offers health insurance and a retirement plan. Bonus's available and are based on your job's performance.
