Looking for something sweet? You have to try out Chef Cynthia's Chocolate Chip Cookie Cheesecake Bars! Recipe and directions below: #adulted #vallejo #vrec Chocolate Chip Cookie Cheesecake Bars... Set the oven at 325 degrees Line an 8 x 8 pan with parchment paper Make the crust and press into the pan. Bake for 10 minutes and cool while preparing the rest of the bars. Crust: 1 cups finely chopped pecans (toasted is optional) 2 Tablespoons sugar cup flour 5 Tablespoons melted butter Cheesecake Layer (Spread over slightly cooled crust) 1 packages cream cheese (12 ounces) cup sugar 1 egg 1 teaspoon vanilla Cookie Dough (Scoop onto the cheesecake layer) 5 Tablespoons soft butter brown sugar 3 Tablespoons sugar teaspoons salt 1 egg 1 teaspoon vanilla cup flour 1 cup mini chocolate chips Bake 30-35 minutes, (Softer cookie dough bake 30 minutes)
