New Survey: Foothills Preserve Lawsuit. Councilmember Lydia Kou has initiated a new survey of Palo Alto residents. The results of this survey will be used to inform her of resident's opinions about the lawsuit against the City regarding Foothills Preserve. Results of the survey will be made public before the November 2 Council meeting when action on the Foothills Preserve lawsuit will be decided.
