You requested it, so we’re bringing back Jicama Kimchi Salsa to this weekend’s farmers markets! Made using our Jicama Kimchi with some added heat from jalapeño and extra aromatics from cilantro. So good that we’re guilty of just eating spoonfuls of it, but it is also incredible with tortilla chips or on top of a bowl of rice and beans!

Bibimbop topped off with fermented chickpea gochujang I learned about this fascinating story from the city of Ghent in Belgium, which declared Thursday veggie day to make residents more conscious about climate change. Around 50% of Ghent's population go vegetarian on #ThursdayVeggieDay, which equates to taking about 8,500 cars off the road. Thanks to the initiative, 43 per cent of Belgians now eat less meat. We are facing terrible wild fires around ...California, and there are fires in the Amazon. What Ghent did is an inspiring example of a whole community coming together to be more healthy and to help create a more healthy planet.
