Happy Father’s Day to this incredible man. . We’ve definitely had our differences and never really saw eye to eye.. I love these pictures of us because it shows the humor in all of that... but we sure did put up a good fight between each other through the years. Like father like daughter haha.. . I love him for all of who he is. He worked so hard to provide for his family..there was always food on the table (even if it meant eating hotdog with ketchup and rice as a kid), a h...ouse to live and play in, a car when I was old enough to drive, college paid for (no student loans thank you!).. I’m so grateful for all of that and more. . And as a student of Love and LIFE on this path, I get to learn how to love my dad and show him another side of love he’s never really experienced in his own life growing up. It’s a little awkward at first as I’m used to it being a certain way with him.. breaking/changing/healing the cycle.. Love you Daddy

It’s been two weeks since returning from the jungle, deep in dieta, being eaten alive by mosquitos and biting flies, eating a strict diet with no salt, oil or sugar, daily dry fasting, taking two minutes showers with my two liter bottled water while fighting off relentless mosquitos.. . . And I miss it SO much.. .... . I can’t even put into words the longing I have for her... just to be enveloped by the splendor of Nature herself.. the sound of her heartbeat.. the contracting and expanding breath of the sounds of insects, birds, frogs and other animals I’ve yet to discover. . . Resetting my circadian rhythm. . . The simplicity of life, the spaciousness to breath fully and let go of the quick pace of the city and be fully present with the present. . . Surrendering to the melody and magic of the icaros.. cleansing, healing, cleansing, fortifying.. ILLUMINATING . ..really experiencing what it feels to be one with all... . .
