In the age of COVID, we're helping large and small organizations pivot their in-person conferences to meaningful, useful, and interactive online experiences. One success to highlight is our client: CMHACY-California Mental Health Advocates for Children and Youth - in less than 10 weeks, we went from rescheduling this 600+ person conference, to completely pivoting to host it online. They will have 3 live keynote speakers, more than 20 pre-recorded workshops, and a virtual experience that mimics their main conference center (seen here). Moving your event online takes SO MUCH MORE time and strategy than simply "putting things online" - here we're helping to create a truly dynamic experience for all CHMACY attendees.

We tried to meet each other's dogs/kids/family members today...it was adorable chaos. Everyone's been posting super Brady Bunch looking smiling face, but THIS is the reality of being a remote team. Kids need snacks, dogs need walks, but we still get it done without skipping a beat. Have you done virtual ice breaker moments with your team yet? Virtual connection is more important than ever, do NOT just put work on hold. You CAN be home with your family, and still get work done......if you plan and have flexibility. This was a 15 minute check in, and honestly, we've been nailing the #WFH or Work From Home lifestyle for years...let us know if your org needs help making the transition, or if you've made the transition, help organizing your day.
