Merry Christmas from our families to yours. This year has presented rough roads for all of us in different ways and we want you to know we are in this together. We love serving our community and everyone who comes to visit us. Tonight please keep all those out there away from their families in your thoughts. Christmas Eve is always one of those tough nights on the front lines.

Seth has been arrested numerous times in the past year on gun and drug charges and yet he never seems to stay in jail or even get on probation. Unfortunately, we can only do our best to catch him and others like him, we don't have any power or choice of him staying in jail, where he belongs. That is up to our local judicial system. #takeyourcommunityback Firearm, Narcotics and Pursuit Arrest ... This morning at 1:30 AM, officers attempted a traffic stop on a white Chevy Tahoe in the area of Beech Avenue and Terrace Street. The officers had reason to believe the vehicle was involved in a previous armed robbery investigation. The driver, Seth Underwood (37), refused to stop and a pursuit was initiated. Spike strips were successfully deployed which kept speeds low most of the incident. The pursuit ended at Demaree Street and Laurel Avenue when the Tahoe became disabled from the 2 left side flat tires and caught on fire. Officers recovered an unregistered firearm, ammunition, controlled substance which tested positive for cocaine and methamphetamine. Underwood was booked at the Tulare County Adult Pre-Trial Facility on charges related to a felon in possession of a firearm, ammunition, controlled substance for sales, an unregistered firearm, and pursuit. No collisions, damage, or injuries resulted from this incident. See more

HAPPENING NOW: Evacuation Orders AND Warnings Issued for Three Rivers Sheriff Boudreaux has announced a MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER for parts of Three Rivers, i...ncluding south and east from 198, east to south of the Fork Campground, South Fork Drive, Horn and Cahoon Mountain and adjacent roads. A mandatory evacuation order means there is immediate threat to life and/or property and you must leave immediately. A VOLUNTARY EVACUATION WARNING has been issued for the remaining areas of Three Rivers that do not fall under the Mandatory Order. A voluntary evacuation warning means that you need to get ready to leave. If you require extra time to evacuate or have large animals that need to be moved, you should begin evacuating now. Again, there is only a Mandatory Evacuation Order for a PORTION of Three Rivers. However, if you do not live in the area under the order, you should PREPARE to evacuate. A temporary evacuation point is set up at the Exeter Memorial Building, 324 N. Kaweah in Exeter. Anyone who needs a hotel should call 1-800-Red-Cross and register as an evacuee.

KMPH Fox 26 That's it? That is your headline? You couldn't even post pictures of CA officers either? This like like saying Prop 47 is Safe Schools and Safe Neighborhoods. What a blatant shame this has become. ... ....and you could only write 5 sentences.

We cant say we blame her. When the dust settles we might realize we are going backwards...not forwards.

A convicted murderer serving an 84 year-to-life prison sentence has been released 65 years early. Apparently, California Department of Corrections and Rehabilit...ation under Governor Newsom’s charge is creating more space in the prisons to prevent COVID-19 from spreading within the facilities. In 2001, Terebea Williams was convicted of first-degree murder, use of a firearm, carjacking, and kidnapping in the death of 23-year-old Kevin John Ruska Jr. Williams was set be eligible for release as early as her being 109 years old. She is currently free at the age of 44. The victim’s family is irate. Their loved one’s killer walked free after serving less than a quarter of her sentence on a charge that could bring the death penalty, due the possibility of getting sick... Governor Newsom, do you believe in justice? Because this is not right. #cajusticefail

Such an interesting direction an American company would take who has made a namesake in the law enforcement. Wonder what major agencies who've kept Ford alive think.
