We have a fun easy project that everyone will love. Bath bombs are easy to make . This peppermint bath bomb recipe makes 3 bath bombs for muscle relief. You can use different oils for different results, Lavender oil for relaxation is a good example. ... Ingredients: Baking soda 3/4 cup Epsom salts 1/3 cup Cream of tartar 2 tablespoons Jojoba oil 2 teaspoons Peppermint essential oil 1 teaspoon Green colorant (optional) Water (3 teaspoons) Bath bomb molds ( You can use silicone molds, cup cake wrappers in a cupcake pan or any shaped container) How to Make it: 1 Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl. 2 In another bowl, mix the oils and add the colorant. 3 Add the water and mix well. 4 Now we are going to add the oil mixture into the dry mixture bit by bit. 5 Mix carefully and ensure there are no lumps. I find it easier to wear latex gloves and mix it with my hands. The mixture should feel like wet sand; it should hold together when squeezed but feel crumbly. You can add some water to the mixture using a spray bottle if the oil isn’t sufficient. 6 Fill both halves of the bath bomb molds. 7 Remove the bath bombs from the molds and allow them to dry. #DIY #diychristmas #StockingStuffers #Christmas #ProjectsWithkids #BathBomb #MoisterizeYourSkin

Options for Breast Reconstruction: This woman is undergoing bilateral mastectomies (both breasts removed) due to breast cancer. She decided on a plan of action that included nipple sparing mastectomy with immediate reconstruction - using anatomically shaped reconstructive implants. While a good portion of breast skin and the nipple/areola area were left intact, in this case, as in many, additional coverage was needed for the implant. This patient also had a graft of Acellular... Dermal Matrix (a skin cell material) to provide the coverage she needed. The After photos show her results approximately 2 months following surgery. Although she is still in the healing stages, our patient is very pleased with her results.
