Join one of our students, Ms. Sela, in her self-defense workshops for young women on Zoom! Gain awareness, set boundaries, learn self-defense techniques, and hear about medical examinations needed to collect evidence in the event of an assault. This week’s guest speaker will be our very own Master Michelle Fanara, who will be teaching self-defense techniques and leading an interactive activity using your bag or purse.
