"It has been an incredibly creative time for me as an artist. Painting is therapy during this difficult chapter in our history. My family has been quarantined since March in a tiny town up in the mountains of California near LA and I have painted almost every single day. As long as I have a creative project going, I can handle watching the news every day. It gives me hope! I have 4 children (10 and under), 3 of which are in full distance elementary learning programs so crea...ting art is also a welcomed respite from teaching and supporting them academically.
