Writing an offer today, a client pointed out a new trophy on my desk. To my astonishment, it was the Top Selling Agent trophy, from likely the top selling offic...e in the area! Thank you to my team members for making it all possible! Thank you Caroll Yule and Shear Realty being the best broker one can have!! And thank you Samantha Whalen-Zumwalt for helping to make it all happen!!! I also renovated and moved to a new office, dealt with a broken laptop and crashed hard drive, and had to replace a transfer case in my jeep. Ran into Connie and Rhett at Echo Lodge, Parker CA, and made a few trips to Mariposa to check on mom and see the Mariposa county Fair and Demolition Derby checked out my parents new vacation rental Jack's Place - Vacation Rental, and crashed the drone into lower Yosemite Falls.. Took in an awesome water polo tournament and baseball game with Jeffrey Goulet. Just got back from a visit with Ben Goulet in Flagstaff, AZ. What a month! Oh, yea, I passed my Mortgage Loan Originator test, and became a mortgage loan officer at Choice Lending Corp! Yes, Tracy Goulet I can't go to Hawaii during fall break, I gotta make hay while the sun shines! Yes, honey, I'm working, I promise. Yes, honey I'll watch the animals while you're gone.
