Life of a Loan Part 3: Pre-Qualification Pre-Qualification officially verifies your eligibility once you're ready to make the first move on your purchase. The lender will verify your credit history, income, assets and other important documents. Your loan team at this stage will include: your loan specialist and/or your loan officer.

Life of a Loan Part 2: Finding an Agent During this stage, it's time to decide if you'll use a real estate agent for your purchase. Your agent will work with you to discuss budget, needs and wants, your offer, and your contract. You can find an agent on your own, or ask your loan officer if you'd like a recommendation!
