Let's review! Now that we have had a nearby wildfire (Woodward Fire), several Red Flag Days, a 24+ hour power outage, insanely smokey skies, and an ongoing pandemic, how prepared have you been? What can you do to be better prepared? This is a great time to assess all of our own strengths and weaknesses in the area of emergency preparedness. It's time to: - Make or review your emergency plans... - Restock your emergency kit with new water, batteries, cold/wet weather gear, COVID masks, etc... - Clear out gutters, drains, culverts... in hopes we get some real rain while not getting flooded What else comes to mind?
