American Rescue Plan 2021 for those who have already filed please be patient

As you know there is new tax changes with the Child tax credit. Until the IRS confirms what we tax preparers need to do about those who have already file I ask that you have patience. It will be announced and I will share with the facts once it has been released by the IRS not the media. Please be patient!

Are those preparers who don’t add there information nor sign your tax return. Make sure your tax preparer is available after April 15th. Avoid cash only preparers. Refunds must be deposited only in to your bank accounts not the preparers. Ask for credentials in CA CTEC registered.

Tax Season is due July 15, extensions are being filed now! Don’t procrastinate

Tax payers who are not ready to file taxes can wait until next year and still receive the stimulus check. And for those who have an ITIN will not qualify for the stimulus check.

Those that have filing obligations must file 2019 tax return to receive your stimulus checks.

The IRS urges taxpayers who are due a refund to file as soon as possible. Most tax refunds are still being issued within 21 days.

Current update for those who owe taxes. The IRS will defer taxes owed up to $1M as an individual for 90 days. You are still encouraged to file by 4/15. You will have a 90 day automatic interest and penalty free fees on your taxes due.
