Heatstroke is no joke and is dangerous for pets. Dogs have only a few sweat glands around their nose and paws and rely on panting and their environment to cool down. Breeds with shorter snouts such as Bulldogs, Frenchies, Pugs, Boston Terriers, etc. are at higher risk. Please ensure your pet has access to shade and water, and be careful of their paws on hot cement. Stay cool, everyone!
