SUNSCREEN . . Are you using it daily? And also reapplying? .... . I visited the #huntingtongardens over the weekend and noticed that more than a handful of attendees not wearing hats, sunglasses, or even shading away from the sun with an umbrella. It was a very hot & sunny day with a temp. of nearly 90! I wondered if they had even applied any sunscreen . . Growing up in Australia it was imbeded in us from a young age to #slipslopslap which stands for sunscreen, hat & shade. And I'm a firm believer in preserving my skin to slow down the ageing process which has totally worked me. I started using sunscreen more frequently after the age of 14 when I started to get into skincare and to this day I reapply (face) if I'm going to be outdoors for more than a few hours. . . Sun exposure can accumulate over time, leading toskinthat looks prematurely aged. It can cause wrinkles, dark spots, freckles, and other issues as well as pre-cancerous and cancerous lesions. . .
