Just for @thebayareanightmarket .... . . "The Works": vanilla almond Macarons, vanilla bean ice cream, dipped in chocolate, speckled with Fruity Pebbles, our Caramelized Corn Flakes, and Oreo powder.

Lucky Charms: rainbow almond macarons, edible silver flakes, Cereal infused ice cream, LC marshmallows, caramelized LC Cereal . . . Celebrate St. Patrick's Day this weekend with something extra @ Van's Bakery

Just a heads up. Only 4 flavors will be available everyday: Fruity Pebbles, cookies&cream, infinite coconut, and milk&cereal. Weekends, we'll throw in other flavors into the mix.

If you can brave the New Year rush, then you deserve something sweet. #treatyoself . . . . To be honest, we were reluctant at first on jumping into the Fruity Pebbles trend when it started... but we're glad we did. A lot of effort goes into this flavor (more than our others) and we hope it shows. The ice cream base is purely infused with the flavor of Fruity Pebbles versus just having the physical cereal "mixed in" for the flavor. Definitely more tedious than it is difficult.

Soft. Crunchy. Creamy. Ready at 1:30pm. . . Mooncake Ice Cream Sandwich: "Mixed Nuts" - a rendition of our "5 Kernels Mooncake".
