Thank you to Dr. Dave Worley of Chico, CA, my friend and colleague, for posting about Chiropractic care helping the winning World Series pitcher stay in the game and help his team become World Champs! World Series Pitcher Credits Chiropractic Max Scherzer, who will be pitching for the Washington Nationals in Game 7 of the World Series against the Houston Astros tonight, credits his chiropractor for helping him to get battle ready. Scherzer had been scratched from his previously scheduled start two days ago due to an irritated nerve in his neck. Following medical treatment and two sessions with his chiropractor, Scherzer is ready to take the mound again. He was quoted as saying, "Our chiropractor, he does amazing work. He was able to go in there and make adjustments. We did two treatments of it and really freed up the neck."

We are not taught to bend properly, which unfortunately sends a lot of folks to Doctors, Chiropractors, and other Healers with Back Pain. Use this technique (the "Hip Hinge") and try and (whenever possible) keep the "Nose and Toes" lined up, and you will likely prevent many back problems, now, and in the long run!
