Hello everyone. As many have brought to our attention the post by Labs and more stating authorities deemed our facility inoperable. As most of you know this is simply another un true statement made by labs and more rescue. We have 9 years of perfect inspection reports by county animal services including a inspection that was done days before the attack on us by labs and more and their representatives. We have all of the emails and text messages from labs and more to prove ...the harrasment etc and the accusations made by rescue towards VCK. We have decided that we will be putting out a video statement regarding the relationship ending with labs and more rescue. As well as offering to send individualy proof of emails and text messages showing harrassment defamation, slander etc. Please watch for the upcoming video statement. Thank you. VCK STAFF See more

*Announcement* Valley Center Kennels has provided care to thousands of dogs over the years. Having to write this is very tough for us as a family owned company. We sadly, have had to close our doors permanently as of 8/29/20. We have met outstanding people and even greater dogs over the years. We have tried to move over from working with a well known rescue to private board but due to harassment, abuse, and threats we are unable to move forward doing so and as final nail in ...the coffin we are now being bribed, by the rescue, not the property owner, at a barbaric amount, to leave our home on the property where our business resides. We have lost our business and our home due to a personal vendetta but we have not lost our hope, drive, family, and passion. We ask you to keep us in mind during this trying time and if anyone has recommendations for house rentals who’re receptive of our 4 legged pack we’d be eternally grateful. With much love! Mike and Tammie

Good morning, Let us start out by saying over the past 9 years, VCK along with CRLM have been able to save thousands of dogs together. As most good things go, eventually they must come to an end. As of 8/22/2020, Valley Center Kennels is disheartened to announce we are no longer working with California Labrador & Retrievers & More Rescue. Valley Center Kennels has always taken pride in our abilities to rehabilitate and help adopt out dogs who have come from less than stellar ...conditions. Unfortunately, between the rescue and VCK the communication had become one sided and VCK was accused of some horrendous accusations regarding alleged subpar care of the dogs. Anyone, who knows us personally, know these animals are our lives and each one over the years holds a special place in our hearts. As VCK goes through this change we ask for patience and for you to bare with us as we navigate back to being private board. This is extremely difficult for all of VCK staff as many have been affected by the unfounded accusations brought forth and morale is at a low. Thank you for all your hard work, dedication and understanding not to mention the memories we have all made together and lives we have saved in past years. We look forward to this next chapter and reconnecting with some old familiar faces. Our page will be updated more regularly so please keep an eye out. Sincerely, Mike and Tammie Hall Owners Valley Center Kennels

Welcome to the trainee team, pup! This handsome boy is a 2 year old Dutch Shepherd mix we adopted from California Labradors, Retrievers & More Rescue under the ...generous sponsorship of the Petco Foundation #HelpingHeroes program. He was found as a stray in Riverside, CA and rescued by Labs and More, where he was then given the opportunity to find us! He is a very smart boy with a bright future as a #HelpingHero and psychiatric service dog for a post-9/11 combat veteran suffering from the perils associated with PTSD, TBI and other injuries from combat. But first, service dog training is in store for this star student for the next 9-12 months before he begins working with his handler. Stay tuned for his name announcement from the Petco Foundation team! . . We that Helping Heroes grants from the Petco Foundation focus on supporting the work of therapy and service dogs rescued from shelters. There’s a huge need to find forever homes for the thousands of dogs that enter shelters each year, and many of them are a GREAT fit for a job. We are honored to have the continued support of Petco Foundation and we’re committed to adopting all of our pups from local rescues and shelters, because they are great at this important role of service - and they’re the most grateful among us, right? . . #petco #petcofoundation #rescue #adopt #rescueismyfavoritebreed #dogrescue #rescuepup #dogtraining #servicedog #servicedogs #ptsd #mentalhealthawareness #mentalhealth #socal #southerncalifornia #sandiego #orangecounty #losangeles #sandiegodog #charity #military #veterans #veteran #dutchshepherd #shepherd #shepherdmix See more

Hi! My name’s CUTE! I mean...Nigel! I was recently adopted by the #ShelterToSoldier team from @labsandmore under the generous sponsorship of @unite_hair! One da...y, I was wondering the streets as a stray in Wildomar, CA and the next thing I knew, Labs & More was rescuing me and providing me the opportunity to meet the Shelter to Soldier team. I’m so thankful to have been given this chance to find my purpose as a psychiatric service dog (trainee for now ) for a post-9/11 combat veteran in need. I already LOVE it! . . #dogrescue #rescuepup #rescueismyfavoritebreed #rescuedogsofinstagram #rescuedog #sandiegodogs #sandiegodog #sandiego #socal #orangecounty #losangeles #dogtraining #servicedog #charity #military #veteran #veterans #invisiblewounds #ptsd #pittiesofinstagram #pittie #pibble #houndsofinstagram #hound #hounddog #houndmix #pitmixagram #pit #pitmix @ Shelter to Soldier See more

The girls have started a facebook page for Rescued Tail's Candle Company. Check it out and give it a like!

Today Rescued Tails Candles hit its first $500 in sales. We would like to thank each and everyone that has purchased candles so far. To those that have not yet well we have plenty made and plenty more to be made. As you know 20% of sales go directly to Labs and More dog rescue. Today the girls are writing a check for $100 to labs and more. This isn't just simply $100 this is the first round of vaccines for 10 puppies! With your continued support we can continue to make donations like this and hopefully even larger donations. Each candle sold helps a dog or pup in need. Thank you all so much from the girl's!

Hello friends of VCK! As some of you know we have started a seperate hobby to the kenneks and that's candle making. Check out the cute dog mold candles we are currently doing. We already have a slight back order on some of them but if you would like to place a order please just message us or call mike. The dogs are $5 each. They do have a wic that is either hidden in a ear or a head for when and if you decide to burn it.
