Last year was a "No Time!"
What an incredibly special day at VPA! Our last event of 2020 was dedicated to honoring our friend Larry Saarloos and his family. We got some presentations to former board members completed. We knocked out our annual meeting requirement (blah). And then we got busy cheering each other in the arena. ... After 97 runs, 6 run offs to fill the final spot in the Top Ten. Then... 7 No Times in the run off. Followed by another tie for the win. A coin flip to determine which team got to go last Doug, Kim and Christal dug in and ran a great time that Gary, Ron and Bob couldn’t edge out Best nail biter we seen in a long time. During our awards presentation Linda and Keith Saarloos were so pleased. VPA had the winning team present Linda and Keith with a beautiful family buckle which matched the winning buckle. This event was my last as the VPA president and I could not have asked for a better way to end. Suspense, drama and adrenaline It has been a privilege to be the president of this club. Thank you, Bob Mott
