PRE-COMP PROGRAM The VUSC Pre-Comp Program gives children in our community the opportunity to be involved in a sport, provide them with the best possible learning environment, and teach teamwork and sportsmanship. Vacaville United makes soccer fun and creates a lifelong passion for the game in young players, as well as creates a pathway to U9-U19 competitive club soccer. We believe the Pre-Comp Program is the best option for young players because it parallels with the U.S. So...ccer training program which emphasizes player development over winning. Our age-appropriate curriculum focuses on individual technical development, building confidence in young soccer players, improving cognitive development, and increasing imagination, by allowing players to learn the game gradually in a fun, exciting, and competitive environment. The vision for the program will be to have the following age groups: U5 and U6 (Coed) U7 and U8 (Coed) Overall, all players will be under the guidance and development of VUSC's Director of Coaching . He will educate, mentor, and guide the coaches who take on our program for the season. Each session lasts for 8 weeks, training twice a week for 60 minutes. We will offer a Winter session: February - March. Spring Session: May - June and a 2 part Fall Session: August - September and mid October to mid December. Our next session starts the week of October 19th Highlights: Seasonal Sessions - Fall, Spring, Summer and Winter Programs Fundamental Skills and Development + FUN! Carlos is a USSF A License coach and comes with ...over 30 years of coaching experience in the United States and Chile. In the past, Carlos has worked with Juventus SC, San Juan SC, Everton of Vina del Mar, Chile, and many other prestigious clubs. He is now a Vacaville resident and we look forward to our club growth with much excitement. Stop by Horse Creek Soccer Complex and say hi to Coach Carlos. VUSC welcomes Sergio Pacheco to the coaching staff. Coach Sergio is a former Olympian with Chile's National team and he holds a USSF A License.
