Don’t tell our officers about this one just yet National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day is this month and we can’t wait to thank our officers for all that they do for our city! Join us Wednesday, January 20th @ 5pm to create some amazing greeting cards to show your appreciation!... Supplies will be delivered to students prior to the event and cards will be picked up at a later date. PAL staff will deliver cards to the officers. Registration requires a free PAL membership! Happy New Year to our youngest of PAL members!!! PAL Kids is a special program for our younger kiddos here in Vacaville. Each meeting includes lesson-based curriculum created by our TLC students as well as fun activities!!! All meetings are held on Zoom, free of charge, and are open to students ages 7-11. In partnership with Foster Kinship Care Education Program-Solano College, the Vacaville Family Resource Center will be hosting Parent Project- Free virtual parenting classes for parents of teens. 10 week session begins Monday January 25, 2021. Vacaville PAL is proud to announce Present Patrol Help low income families and youth this holiday season by nominating them for this year’s program. HUGE thank you to the officers who volunteer with us!!! They take time out of their busy schedules to put smiles on the faces of our local youth. They are building everlasting bonds with our community. Last Friday we delivered Halloween goodie bags as well as gift cards and PAL T-Shirts with the help of some of our officers! We hope all our students had a Happy Halloween!

Last week our new PAL Coordinator and our Student Intern were busy shopping and prepping for our Meet Our Pets Costume Party!!! All students who participated, received Halloween goodie bags filled with candy, a fun face mask, and treats for their pet
